The final phase of the updated Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory (LBNL) and the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) study on building commissioning is finished and the summary has been published (access it here).

Building commissioning has continued to evolve and mature, and the latest data backs up the positive ROI and energy saving outcomes it promises. The cost of commissioning has dropped considerably.
