Bluerithm AI Tools: User Import

bluerithm AI tools: user imports

We can always show you flashy demos with an account or a project that’s already set up and populated with a bunch of nice clean data. But most of the time, you probably wonder how you’d actually get to that point when you use the platform.

We have a ton of tools to help with importing data, setting projects up, setting up and leveraging template content as much as possible, exporting data from Revit, importing COBie files, and we even have AI tools that will create test procedures, checklists and other project content for you automatically based on your prompts.

But this video is about another nice little AI tool that we just created that makes adding new user profiles and project members super easy.

Instead of giving you another spreadsheet-based tool for importing new guest companies, new user profiles, new project members, we’re making this a lot easier with a new AI tool. What this allows you to do is copy and paste really messy, disorganized user data from virtually anywhere, like directly from Outlook, which if you’ve ever tried that it comes across in an otherwise pretty unusable format with brackets in quotation marks and semi-colons.

Or from an Excel spreadsheet, or another email, or a different system or anywhere where you can just simply do a copy and paste directly into this new user info box.

What the system’s going to do is separate out the emails, people’s names, the companies automatically. Then all you have to do is verify that the names and companies that it pulled out of the email addresses are accurate, and set any other details for the profiles and companies as needed.

And if you launched this important tool from the project members page for a specific project, you can actually add them to the project at the same time, as well as send project invitations, all in one step with this new import tool.

This is just another example of the types of things we’re working on at Bluerithm to help save you time help you be more productive, and allow you to focus your attention and effort on the types of activity that really add value to your client’s projects.
