New in Bluerithm: Add Users Faster with AI

Adding project teams to commissioning software should not feel like a project of its own.

On many projects, the contact list already exists somewhere: in an email thread, an Outlook message, a spreadsheet, a roster, or even a business card. The challenge is getting that information into the right place, with the right names, companies, roles, and disciplines, without spending time copying each person into the software one field at a time.

When you are working inside your account, you can add new users via the “Add With AI” button under the Home > Users tab. On a project, you can also add users directly to the project team via the “Add With AI” button under Settings > Members tab.

Paste contacts in almost any format

With Bluerithm’s AI User Import tool, you can copy and paste emails and contact information into Bluerithm in whatever format you already have. 

That might include: 

  • A list copied from Outlook  
  • Rows copied from a spreadsheet  
  • Names and emails pulled from an email thread  
  • A screenshot of a contact list or roster  
  • A photo or screenshot of a business card  

Instead of requiring a perfectly formatted import file, Bluerithm uses AI to identify the people, email addresses, names, companies, roles, and disciplines from the information you provide.

Review before anything is saved

Bluerithm’s AI User Import tool is designed to keep you in control. 

After Bluerithm identifies candidate users, you can review and edit the results before saving. The review step lets you confirm each person’s email, first name, last name, company, role, discipline, and other available details. 

This makes the feature useful for messy real-world contact lists, where names may be incomplete, companies may be written inconsistently, or roles may need to be adjusted before users are added. 

That means less time switching between account administration, project setup, and email invites. You can go from a pasted contact list to a ready-to-collaborate project team in a few steps.

When adding users to a project, the AI User Import tool can also send project invites automatically. This helps project teams get access right away, without a separate invite process after the import is complete. 

It is especially helpful when setting up a new project, onboarding a large project team, or adding contractors, consultants, owners, and other stakeholders after kickoff.
