We did our due diligence. We looked at various different platforms and what really stood out for this type of commissioning for us was that this platform is designed for commissioning. A lot of the other platforms that we looked at were designed for construction, which is completely different. Mechanical installations are a whole different ball game.

We’re providing a higher quality of commissioning. Bluerithm gives the professional look we want. Functionality is terrific as well. When we overlay that with the quality of the testing that we’re doing, we deliver a client experience that’s very hard to beat.

We didn't have to upend our approach. Weaving our custom process into a cloud software program made us a little more competitive in a very competitive market. Primarily, we saved hours by allowing the program to automate things that we were doing manually before.

I feel like today we’re really using it as an all-encompassing tool. It’s where we set up and prepare our projects. It’s where we get all of our forms in place for the equipment that we have on the project. And we regularly use the metrics that Bluerithm has for tracking.

Everything comes in and out of Bluerithm as far as project documentation. It's not just a tool we occasionally log into—it’s how we operate. The ability to duplicate templates, attach supporting documents, and add detailed notes and photos for each issue has been invaluable. It's helped us improve not just how we work, but how we communicate our work.

We love our jobs. We think about this stuff deeply. Bluerithm lets us do our jobs more completely.
