Bluerithm Q4 Updates

As we wrap up a great year of innovation and progress, we’re excited to share this rundown of updates we delivered in Q4 2024. Our engineering team has been laser-focused on enhancing your experience, from powerful offline capabilities to smarter project management features. While these updates enhance your workflows today, they’re just the beginning – we’re continuing with these types of updates and are already developing cutting-edge AI features that will transform how you work in 2025. Let’s dive into what’s new.

New App Updates

Multifactor authentication

MFA has been added to the new app to ensure compliance with your security policies.

Form/table editing

Table editing features have been added to the app. These features work online AND offline to keep things fluid with on-site, on-the-fly changes.

More language support

We added Greek and Arabic as supported languages. The Bluerithm app now natively supports 9 languages.

General usability improvements

We made several updates around general usability, like improved filtering and data handling on equipment, issues, and work pages. Buttons were consolidated and descriptions shortened where possible to reduce clutter.

Updates and improvements to Project Files

You can better manage files and file folders directly in the app now.

Files available for offline use

Files can now be made available for offline use. This includes both file attachments to issues, notes, forms, etc., as well as general project files.

Native .pdf editor that also works offline

The Bluerithm app has a native .pdf editor that works both online and offline. You can make markups in the app and sync with the cloud later if they were made while your device wasn’t connected to the internet.

Improved navigation for large projects

The data selection, loading, and navigation have been improved for simplicity and efficiency when working with large projects (1,000’s of equipment), especially in the field on mobile devices.

Form navigation

Navigation between forms has been simplified with buttons to navigate Next, Previous, and a quick pop-up to show navigation options for all sections of a form.

Performance improvements, bug fixes, LOTS of other miscellaneous things

There’s too much to list here but it was a productive quarter, to say the least!

Web App Updates

Background job status and history

It’s now easy to keep track of background jobs like report exports, big COBie imports, big copy operations (forms, projects, etc.) etc.

Performance improvements and bug fixes

We recently made improvements to large COBie file processing, report exports, and more. We’re always working to optimize and improve the platform.
