Yes — if you are switching from spreadsheets or Word/Excel forms, there are tools and support during onboarding for converting existing checklists/forms into Bluerithm templates. So yes, you can bring in your existing forms and checklists and turn them into Bluerithm templates.
How much training is required to use Bluerithm properly?
During onboarding, Bluerithm provides a series of training sessions virtually (generally 2 separate one-hour sessions) to go over how to use and edit templates, how to create a project using templates, how to add users to projects, how to view progress metrics, deep dive into reporting features, issue customization, integration setup, and form matrix setup. Bluerithm’s knowledge base includes useful training materials and answers to common questions to help new users get started using the software. It is advised that new users familiarize themselves with the platform by viewing the Getting Started guide and video.
How does onboarding for Bluerithm work?

We can guarantee that Bluerithm will be highly reliable. Our servers are on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with a minimum guaranteed uptime of 99.95%. All data transfer between client devices and our servers is encrypted. All data stored in our databases are encrypted at rest. Applications and databases are regularly backed up many times per day and can be restored in the event of an unlikely catastrophic event.

Can comments, updates, or notifications be tracked and managed within Bluerithm? How do teams receive notifications in Bluerithm?
Yes — there are work items, issue logs, notes/photos with timestamps. The system tracks history/audit trails. Users can opt-in to receive daily rundowns via email that include important project updates. Follow subscriptions allow you to receive email notifications whenever new items or any change is made to a work item or issue. Follow subscriptions work on a one-to-one basis with work items and issues, but they can be turned on and off in bulk or set to be automatically applied to all or only assigned items. So yes — comments/updates/notifications are supported.
Who should be given access to Bluerithm from our team?
Typically, access should be given to all key roles in your commissioning/project team: commissioning managers, engineers, field technicians, owners/clients (if you want them to view status), contractors/subcontractors (as guest users). Given Bluerithm supports guest users and project members with roles, you can tailor access accordingly. So you can give access to internal and external stakeholders based on role and permissions.
